Margie Traxler is the founder of Daré Vita Café and a biologist, natural food formulator, and lifelong food lover with more than 30 years of experience in the food industry. After navigating her own food sensitivities, Margie dedicated her career to creating clean, allergen friendly recipes that support health without sacrificing flavor. Her scientific background and passion for honest ingredients shape every dish served at Daré Vita Café. Before opening the café, Margie launched Grain Free Mama’s™, a nationally recognized line of grain free crepe and roti mixes that now form the foundation of many of Daré Vita’s signature menu items. Her vision blends science and soul, creating a space where guests can eat with confidence, feel welcomed, and enjoy food made with care.
